Nikhat Zareen looks to secure Olympic quota via Asiad medal

Nikhat Zareen, India's women's boxing poster girl, aims for gold in the 50kg category at the Asian Games in Hangzhou. Winning a semifinal entry will secure her a spot at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Her biggest rival will be Vietnamese Nguyen Th Tam, whom she defeated in the final of the boxing Worlds in March. Nikhat has shifted to the 50kg division from her natural weight of 52-54kg.
